check the codes- a plug not screwed in all the way wont throw a code, but an injector hanging up will. make sure there's no misfiring (hondas generally run pretty smooth so sometimes a random misfire can be hard to spot) that could cause your rpm's to be low. even if your MIL isnt on, the code should still be in the ecu.
