Hey Guys,

Thanks for the information, as I will try to find a car in the years that you specified. I will look to get something as close to 96 or 97, and I now know that I can look for the Accord or a Prelude. I was really hoping that you weren't going to say that these cars had bad transmissions. My fear is that I am going to find another one with the same problems! The car not only slips 4th, but it won't shift after you are going. (What I mean is you have to come to a complete stop, or the car will rev out to 4,200 and stay there until it finally gets to the speed you want. If you stop completely, it work just like normal.) It has a Input Shaft Speed Sensor malfunction code, but Aamco says that is not the problem... :bbb: Of course, they already replaced one and then it gave the code again less than 5 miles from the shop. Last time in, they are telling me that it is the computer on the car.

I really appreciate the information about motors. Like I said, this is a whole new world to me. I don't know anything about these cars, so thanks for being patient with an OldMan.
