Be prepared to bend over and take it dry. I have an 04 WRX, I'm almost 25, with only one accident from 2 yrs ago on my record, and I pay $815/half for 50/100/50 liability, 25/50 uninsured, and gap coverage. Your best bet would to go with the 2.5RS, or hope you can get on your parents insurance.
