You dont need to seal the wrap with anything, its allready that coating on the wrap. I used 1200% header paint, for the main reason that the wrap is white. and when it gets broken in it will turn brown,yellow,orange in the hott spots. Its just for looks you dont need to do it for anyreason other that its pritty 
The sealant is optional but highly recommended by the manufacturer. YMMV. The wrap part number you linked on the first page isn't a pre-treated and I also noticed that from what I can tell the pre-treated wrap products they used to offer seem to have all been discountiued.
