I wanna know who bought the Lexus Bill Gates auctioned off. He still has a royal/navy blue 97 LS 400 built like a tank that his nanny or someone still uses.

The glass is 4 inches for front and rear windsheild, the door windows are two inches thick, every body panel on the car has been replaced with bulletproof material of some sort, and has lead plates covering the bottom of it.

The car door is sooo heavy, when you open them, it drops three inches. He used to have a motor on the door to open and close it for him because of the weight, but he came home one day and it knocked his daughter across the garage floor when she came up to greet him. Motor was prompty removed.

The car weighs so much, (they had to upgrade the braking system obviously) that it has to come in for service every 3000 miles and get new brake pads. Every 15000 miles for new rotors.

When I worked at Lexus, I swear I saw that car in there for service every three weeks for new pads and an oil change.
