good/bad/out of control? Read bottom up
Ms.Collister,
In reference to your letter, quoting COA this matter should be taken care of within 14 days. As such I expect a full written response no later than February 2nd,2005. Furthermore, I provided you and your organization with multiple pictures as proof that I was not in violation…..did you not receive them? Did you not look at them?
I do not understand why I have to wait until the property is revisited? If this property was indeed inspected notes should have been made, and should be kept in your records. Do you not practice such professionalism? Please provide the contents of those notes to me if you do have them. Please also provide the date of the last Newcastle inspection.
I am up to this day quite angry with you and COA, and I will continue to be so until you provide an acceptable explanation or proof. It is as simple as that. I am 100% sure, you nor anyone in your organization or Shelly Ryder, nor the BOD can disagree that I have a right to be furious at this time.
My proof shows I was not in violation, where is COA’s proof that I was in violation? My house was painted in early December, for which I have proof of ‘paint purchase’, again providing even more credibility to my stance. ( Don’t worry the color is still the original color)
One last thing, if I find out this notice was sent out in response to a ‘complaint’ without any proof, or verification, I will push to have my lawyer obtain that information, and address the necessary individuals and law enforcement officials. Harassment is a crime, and is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. I truly hope this is not the case!
Expecting to hear from you by February 2nd,2005 with full explanation and proof.

Mr. Hardeen,
You were quite angry when we spoke last week and gave me little opportunity to reply to you but during our phone conversation it was explained to you that your concerns have been noted and the next time the property manager is onsite he will take a re-look at your property. Be assured that your address and concerns are on his Westchester list. This is standard procedure for all resident concerns reference violations.
Please feel free to contact me at (813) 685-6473 or (813) 685-0858 (fax) if you need further assistance.
