Sounds like a lady in me neighborhood. Shes called my house twice complaing im racing and speeding. There house is right at the exit for the Village. One night I was approaching the stop sign and they were out walking, they shined their flashlight right at me, like they were telling me I better stop. I shoulda ran up on the curb and hit em and said that wouldnt have happened if they didnt blind me with their flash light.

And on another occasion, I was at the gate waiting for it to open. I had the radio on and the car was idling. Then they started yelling at me for no reason whats so every. I had no idea what there saying cause I couldnt hear them. When I turned the radio down, they didnt say anything.

Where I live in New tampa, Yard maintence and the house being painted every few years is included in the mortage. The yard pretty much isnt our responsbility unless we wanna customize it.
