Because he did it in 13.72 seconds. That car runs 9's. If that's the same Dai as I'm thinking of, he is a huge badass. He wrecked the hell out of a 350Z doing in the neighborhood of 220mph. ....and walked away.
Point of information. The fastest verified speed on a public road is somewhere around 230 by a Ruf Porsche in Ireland.
