Go try to drive across a large patch of ice in a semi and trailer, or even a box truck, with a stiff cross wind and see how easily you can drive the truck in a straight line for a "good approach."[/sarcasm]
Hey, how bout you watch the smoke that comes off the tires after the landing, also look at the wind sock, and lastly look how calm the water is - cross wind my skinny white ass. Landing was botched - nothing you can say will convince me otherwise.
