I worked for the shop (hybrid-racing) in Louisiana that makes the mounts/harness/axles/etc. for that swap. I also own a 96 civic hatch with a k-series swap. The video is real. Why would they post a fake video on their buisness site about the products they sell?

The car in the video ran a 13.5 at 106.7mph on street tires (during the summer of 2004) with the k20a swap. The only modification done at the time was an aftermarket header. At that time the car had full interior. The car was also running open header, hence the lack of any other sound.

Its pretty funny how offended people get when something counters what they think is true. No, I wasnt in the video.
