I agree, to a point
but if you only want to go 11's with a turbo blow thru you can do it very very cheap. Like no intercooler, cheap $200 carb, $50 intake, $300 turbo, and some othe misc. stuff. I did not go this route because I want to go much faster.
You are right on though for a all out race car carn is pretty damn hard to beat dollar for dollar.
