hmm. I've seen and even drove some evo8's running 22psi on the stock turbo and it doesn't feel much faster then the stock 18psi. From the evo8's I've seen and drove they aren't that fast. Do you guys even own a evo8 or even test drove a evo8? If you have you should know what I mean. The evo8 comes with the weakest stock clutch I have ever seen.
