I'd have someone on here do the install before I took it to a shop. Thats is unless you have alot of money to spend. Personally I install everything myself and save alot.
For a headunit I'd go Pioneer (my favorite), Alpine, or Eclipse.
Jesse said all that needs to be said about highs/mids but some names to look for are Focal, CDT, OZ vectors, RE, Rainbow.
As for bass there are a ton of choices. Are you going for deep pounding bass or more for a tight, great sounding bass note?
