DO NOT CONTACT YOUR CLAIMS REP! Contact HERS!!!

Personal Lines insurance is based off of claims frequency, not payout. Frequency is too high, you get cancelled, and this WILL count against you if you contact your insurer.

But feel free to contact your agent for further guidance, they will assist you (AGENT, not CLAIMS). Also, if you have issues, contact the Florida Dept of Insurance. They will help for FREE.

doesnt work that way with progressive. the only thing that progressive cares about is if you are not-at-fault or at-fault. and since they are a high risk company, they dont care about frequency. and it WILL NOT count against him if its not-at-fault. he could get in 50 not-at-fault accidents and progressive wouldnt give a shit, and his rates would not be affected at all.
