I understand what John is saying, however I really dont know if its worth the extra 1900 dollars over the megasquirt II......

Thats a LOT of money for not a lot of HP, I'd almost rather just spray the car and make it up that way. It wont be a daily driver, it'll just be a fun car / race car with no options no interior no nothing...
