I almost forgot to add the update that I had another chance to enjoy some more quality time with Dave this morning and discuss our mutual interests and futures.

It appears that Dave has outgrown his current operation and needs to expand to the warehouse next door and improve upon his operation.

He needs another good engine and tranny guy to help him reorganize and expand that part of his operation.

A good chunk of his business is maintaining people's racecars and a lot of that work is engine and tranny work. Race car motors are torn down and inspected about every 25 hours of operation so thats one of the reasons why there is much engine work to be done at Dave's.

I am happy to announce that he has selected me for that position.

Next week we will discuss money and benefits but as long as Dave can do better than EL its pretty likely that I will accept his offer.

Talk about being a kid in a candy store.
