Nope.
It's a turbo that they make specifically for Auto-X applications. It is a BB turbo that flows more then a 16g but spools like a T25. I'd suggest he talk to FP and tell them what he wants to do and they would help direct him in the best direction then just slapping on a 16g. Since FP is #1 people for DSM hybrid turbo applications(IMO) I would go to them with any questions I had. Where else do you see a 50trim run 127s on a stock motor/full weight. Not with that pte crap. If I was not running T4 I would be using another FP green like before.
