Not all judges are right They make a JUDGMENT call on behalf of their understanding of the law and the power invested in them to make a desicion for the law ! Just because a cop says it is how it is doesnt mean Your fucked Get a lawyer genius ! Ive been busted Speeding 140 in a 75 and got away with it, EVEN WHEN THE JUDGE CONVICTED ME !! I Pled No contest Because i didnt have a lawyer, Once i got one GUess what My car Only was able to run 108 with the OEM Governer and the Hwy Patrol Never Paced me or Clocked me He Caught me coming off on a Off Ramp. The Ticket and Charges were dismissed ! 1 because the Cop didnt do his Job correctly and 2 I was in the Jurisdiction of the Local PD He wrote me a Ticket for the HWY When i was pulled on a County Road. Helps to have good representation ! Oh and did i mention i was street racing ! KNow the law !
