Your exactly right UNLESS someone calls them or complains ! I could smack my wife in my dorrway in front of a cop and he cant come in UNLESS SHE says come in and help me or i say its okfor you to come in they need a warrent or cause to forcefully enter my home. Same With lots My womens car was broken into at the mall you know what the cops said oh well we cant do anything file a report with the mall security.
