Green/yellow is for controlling the auto tranny, which I assume that you don't have. Pay no attention to the foldout in the FSM, if you look on the defroster page, it doesn't mention F1/M53. Tracing the G/Y on the foldout also leads you to an Auto/Man option. Must be a typo in the FSM.

I think Blue/white is the ambient air temp sensor, which would go the digital climate control that you don't have. I'm still trying to figure out what the others do....
