No they are not billet, they are from Scat. They tell me they are made in house but I am not believing that for some reason. I think they probably do like most and just buy a good blank and do their own tricks to them.

I got these because they are a true two piece rod (not cast as one piece and broken apart). And I was able to work a package deal with them on other things. You would be shocked if you knew what kind of deal I got on these.

They are going out this weekend to start the balancing and some other stuff.
