Default z32 Electrical Issues.. updates

Ok after a few little suggestions here is what i tried

tossed in a grounding net... several places on the plenum, and the chassis tied into a ground distribution block on the main battery harness ground.

tried to create a common ground from the rear mounted battery and the front engine bay main ground area.

all the paint was scraped away from all ground locations.. bare metal baby

still.. crank the car on.. check voltages... 12.xx
as soon as i minutly touch the throttle.. the voltages remain at 14.xx

the alternator has been replaced
the battery has been replaced

however the battery light still remains on

ORGINAL SITUATION
Good Lord this is damn annoying...

Situation:

As soon as I turn on the car, the Battery light begins to glow. I hop out and check voltages.

Car off - 12.XX Volts
Car on just after starting - 12.xx volts
Car on after slight reving - 14.xx volts

The battery light is constantly on.

I decided to change the Alternator.. wham.. same thing.. Changed the Battery as well... wham... same thing!

Whats the damn problem? Sometimes it revs without breaking up as if the voltages were fine.. but then.. it'll rev like a whore with a dying power supply...Am I missing any gounds? Here are all the grounds I know off off the top of my head.

Main battery ground, next to the battery
Fuel Rail Ground
Single EFI harness ground in back of the plenum
Twin EFI hardness grounds in back of plenum, near IACV
Single Ground below main fuse box near A/C
