just so everyone is aware...according to the law in every state in the country the only required instrument in your vehicle is an odometer, you are not required to have a speedometer at all, much less a working one, some judges will let people use the old " my speedometer doesnt work right" routine, but most say you should have fixed it of you knew it was wrong..lol...i speak about this from personal experience, ive had over 60 tickets in my days...its worth a shot at trying but not guaranteed
