OK i just put a new clutch in my gsx and it strating to slip,, I have bleed the clutch 4 times now to make sure there is no air in it, that didnt fix the problem, i adjusted the clutch down and after diving it for a while the clutch wont fully disengage and i can barely shit it. So i adjust it out a lil bit it feels great, after driving it for a while it loses its adjustment again and will start slipping again. I just cant find a happy medium with the adjustment.. Any ideas would be great. Fly wheel was resurfaced and is in good condition,and im using a borg warner performer clutch equal to the act 2600
there is and never will be a case of air in the line causing the clutch to slip , if anything pressure wise is causing it to slip it is with the master being out of adjustment , you should try turning the adjustment screw all the way in the back it out till there is just alittle slack left in the shaft then see how it goes , other than that if everything with the clutch is fine "because you say it is all new or reworked" than it cound be the master not releasing all the way , is this problem with it slipping inconsistant or constant???
