I strongly disagree.
While I could always "outshift" the transmission with a stock shifter, it is, in my opinion, truck-like. The shift area is just massive, especially for a "sports car." Meanwhile, the Miata and Integra have very, very nice shifters for stock.
When I did have the OBX, it still had slop in it.
The B&M has the feeling of positive engagement, and you know what gear you're in. I didn't get it to help me shift faster.
