I think we have had the stock suspension and slicks debate before. You can do it but dont expect your car to be the model of structural integrity. Ive been this route with a Fox before. My roof buckled my torque boxes looked like shit and I am sure the car was twisted. Then I got smart and went the full suspension route. 1.7 60 times with a 99 Cobra convert (took out the IRS) on 17 Cobra Rs and drag radials. And you can beat the snot out of it all day and never worry about turning your Mustang into a rippled pretzle. Just thought that should be said.
