nope, the slave cylinder is mounted on the tranny. i replaced the slave cylinder yesterday because thats what we thought the problem was.
maybe it wasnt THE problem... but it was leaking and needed to be replaced...
and that looks like some sort of propotioning valve or some sort... really dont know...
