If, Someone can get a hold of the machined head. A good foundry can reverse engineer the finished product into a casting blueprint. Also, The wooden pattern is due to the 'sand' cast process. If, You wanted to hold tighter tolerances. You would need to spend the money to go investment casting. Which, Uses an aluminum pattern. Unfortunately, Much more expensive for the latter.
