It's actually better service here than it was in New Tampa, but that's the only good thing. It took me 6 months to get them to send me a paper bill, my phone broke a month after I had it, and they wouldn't replace it, they didn't give me the services I signed a contract to receive, took them several months to change my address, etc. I could go on. And somehow my $40 1000 minute plan manages to be about $75-80/month and I only use about 500-600 minutes.
