I think a good portion of a failing BOV's performance hinderance can be curbed by the type of air metering system that is being used on the car, and where the meter is located. You are going to see it worse on some cars, and not so bad on others.

Enough said. I'm just the type of person who likes proven power and since when I had one and what I saw personally it was proven to fail in my eyes so I was just trying to get more opinions.
