now remember some physics...
A body in motion will stay in motion unless an equal yet oposite force acts upon it...
so think about this... you rev your motor (flywheel spining) you release the clutch and the "oposite" force being your tires on the road (traction) with the lighter flywheel (if you have traction) the motor will tend to bog easier, or if you over rev to get over the bogging you will spin...
now with the stock flywheel... same situation... you will be able to launch lower and transfer initial TQ easier (getting off the line)...
