If the relay clicks, it's not the relay. The wire from the relay to the starter may be bad.

If it'll start up when jumping from the batery to the starter, then there is something wrong between the keyswitch and the starter.

Replace the wire from the relay to the starter, or run yourself a pushbutton switch like a lot of us do
