I am fairly new to the import scene, but I am learning fast. Right now I am in a land far-far from home, and I won't be back for a few months. The past 10 months, I had to learn through a friend of mine, with no pictures of an engine or anything. ALright past the introduction.

My question is this. I know that if I am to put a turbo in my car I will have to re-build the bottom end in order to help the car handle the power. I went through the price of pistons, rods, crankshaft, sleeves and rings. It came up pretty high. I was looking at a stroker kit, and it was just a little less. Do they make stroker kits that I could use for what I want, or do I just have to go with some type of forged material and not get the kit? I want to build the bottom up as soon as I get the car. I have $16000 to spend. So yeah, what exactly must I replace, and with what type of material?
