Are you joking? I don't get it huh? I guess paying all that money for a valve job was a waste since they wear in, rings seat in quickly and if not, alittle load will only speed there break in.
What needs to heat cycle? About the only part that changes with heat(other than oil) is pistons, are you saying the pistons need brake in too?
the block needs to go through a heat cycle. espically if it is aluminum block. you ever hear about heating a bare block before assembly to run tighter tolerances
