2 drop is what I did on my Integra with Neuspeed Sport springs....its even front and back....and whoever said you want the front to tuck.....why the hell would you want that....I guess thats fine if you like rubbing the fuck out of the inside and edge of your fender...but for those of us that dont enjoy that....with 17s....2s is perfect on an Integra....no tucking but no wheel gap...on mine I can just barely get my index finger in the gap thats left....I never rub in the back and very rarely on the front....so try not to make your wheels tuck...it rubs bad and looks worse. As for the bumpstops...just do what they tell you to do with them....mine were all deteriorated and like half the size they normally are so I just let them be...and my ride is just fine.
