John - headers are a real pain on any 4 valve. What usually happens is they are overtightened and then the threads loosen. Once you get a leak you have to put the sucker in the air and go through each bolt. Many times they are stripped and you have to pout a slightly longer bolt in. It happens a lot. Mine - after the short block etc. had to be done twice but are now fine. Jut got back from S.C. and VIR 1800 miles no problems and 20 to the gallon. Have fun - you need to come and run NASA HPDE with the thing - then you can really see what it will do. Lopez
