idle problems...
when i turn my car on and it isn't at normal water temp, it idles at 1400-1600 back and forth rapidly. until it is fully warmed up and the intake will stop sucking in rapidly and go down to normal idle, then when i start out in 1st gear and all gears, when it hits that 1400-1600 rpms it will do the same thing till i pass, but it normally makes my car burnout when it does that.so i have to ride the clutch over 1600 rpms to start out. it is on a 1993 JDM d15b vtec with 1992 vx wiring harness. in a eg hatch with P28 hooked up.
