big ls/vtec problem
well i just finished building my ls/vtec like 2 days ago, and i swapped it in,here's my problem, after i swapped it in it started up but it sounds like its only running on one cylinder,i checked to see if i was getting any sparks to the plugs and it does have spark but it sounds real shitty,i replaced the distributer, spark plugs and plug wires and it still runs like shit, and another problem is i am leaking shit load of oil out of the head gasket,i torqued the head bolts down to the specs of the haynes manual which was 61 ft/lbs and it was leaking oil so i took the head off and torqued it down to 80 ft/lbs which was what my friend had his ls/vtec torqued to and it is still leaking oil like crazy,PLEASE HELP.the motor is perfect,no valve clearence problem or anything like that,i just need to figure this shit out so i can get on the road.should i go with aftermarket headgasket or what.lmk asap.thanks for all the help.
