Well, for people who build it themselves, KA-Ts save money in the long run.
Anyways, a ROM tune would address timing issues so that's the safest way to go. Pricey but what's the price of you NOT doing it... There's the MSD BTM in case you want to cut costs.
Homegrown KA-Ts are getting easier by the day - let me know if you need anything.
