u said u checked the voltage right? it should be about .5V closed and about 4.5-4.7V at WOT. dont bother checking at the vafc connections because im sure the readout the vafc is telling u is right.

check the connections at the tps plug and make sure theyre all still securely in there and one didnt shimmy its way out a little causing a bad conection at the sensor

PS...just taking the friggin vafc out already!
