The 96 up wiring harness is OBD2 while the 92-95 is OBD1. You can use the 95 tranny (that tranny is hydraullic; 92 up Civic are hydraullic so itll work without any work.)

You can use the 95 wiring harness ecu and distributor or you can do a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion or vise versa. Im not exactly sure if Im correct about the wiring since Im more of a 4th gen fan but I hope it helps.
