ys but a 1/4 track will not earn the state any money from fines will it.

I like the cops and the job they do.. but "fixing" this problem is so simple..their not fixing it..their farming it for money.

this law isnt a bout stopping anthing.. its about the politicians seeing an oportunity to get more money.. hence bigger fines.
