I have been looking at first upgrade for my 240sx for a while. I now think that suspension is first and foremost. Ya know, like, tein HE, strut bars, anti sway bars, camber links, tension rods, etc. Then I would go with a swap or the LSD, from what I've heard the 1.5 Kaaz is the best for daily driving, and drifting. The swap is obvious, it's more expensive, but will give your car a lot more kick. After that I might consider stuff like, upgrading the turbo, exaust, intake, boost controler, fuel controler, and various little things (ecu upgrade?).
