Yes camber will promote some inside wear on the tire BUT its the toe that causes the excessive wear. Go get an alignment done. Toe can be changed using alignment gauges but Id recommend just taking it to an alignment shop. Toe is the direction that your tires point if you were to think of them as a vertical plane along the y-axis and its neg/pos values being in relation to the z-axis with x-axix representing 0.
