*You need an A9P or A9L EEC $100-150
*The mass air meter, might as well go aftermarket and get a c&l or pro-m used for like $100-$150
*bracket can probably get for free or dirt cheap
*conversion harness from any vendor that makes em $40-$80

I believe mass-air.com sells the $40 conversion harness.

Computers dont really matter, they have no control over the tranny its still mechanical. But the A9L is the 5 speed computer the A9P is the auto comptuter, not much differenence in them as far as I know other than the timing tables. But most ppl go for the A9L.

Why are you going to mass air though? There is no need unless you are gonna start doing some motor work like heads etc.... basic bolt ons really wont affect it.
