Holy Sh*t why do people think adding Euro taillights,neons and a ricer wing on the back of a civic make it fast.....why would you turn a Economy car into a AKA racecar...I was driving down Eastbay minding my own business when this ricer pulls up in a 91 civic with Euros and a fart can and revs his motor up.....i drive away normal shifting at 3500rpms and this civic struggling shifting at like 5K cops thinks were racing and pulls us over .......and both get tickets (80.00 careless driving) theres no real point i just think its BULLSH*T......not all civics are rice just the ricey ones
