I challenge anyone with a Gen 2 to run 20psi at the track on 5 runs, just don't blame me when the headgasket or number 3 gives out.
I respect your guys thoughts, I just don't appreciate someone saying it's not worth the money to sell the Gen 2 and get a Gen 3, because that is what I did. I can tell you that if I stuck with building up the Gen 2 to get my goal of low 12 second passes, and a nice road race car, I would still be trying to get it to work, and be out of a lot of extra dough. I telling you guys this from experience.
I am not doubting the bottem end can hold 20psi, hell it can handle 30! But the stock HG on the Gen 2 is inferior for performance. The Gen 2 head design is inferior for performance. TVIS is inferior for performance.
