You'd better reassess that thought. Ask any of these guys who have racked up traffic tickets how much those tickets cost, AND how much it boosted their car insurance rates.
Even being a 30-something, a single speeding ticket would raise my insurance rates by $80-100 every 6 months for THREE years. That means that a single speeding ticket not only costs me the $100+ fine, but also a total of about $500 in insurance costs.
That's for ONE speeding ticket on an otherwise clean license... and you know the insurance companies are going to rape you younger folks even worse.
If you want to play the odds like HachiBill and hope "the man" doesn't catch you, that's cool. Y'all have fun. Just be aware that the more you do it, the more likely you are to get caught.
Me? I'd rather take that $600+ and put it toward entry fees for the legitimate motorsport of my choice.

Loren, you couldn't have said it better.
I got the best at drifting by two places
1) builders square
2) tampa bay downs parking lot
the cops really dont' mind you in the TBD parking lot on sunday afternoons, they just don't want you there for more than 5-10 minutes. I actually talked to one of them one time, and i asked. "hey do you mind if i do some doughnuts and stuff, a policeman said this was the safest place i could go"
and his reply was
" dont be there all afternoon "
