YES this was tuned using standalone and NO it wasn't detonating.

I'm sorry that doesn't make much sense to me. It had to of detonated, or like Cronic said, there was a defect. The stock D Series sleeves are just as strong as the stock B Series sleeves and with a good tune should be capable of more than 400whp.
