Well they are sticking with one camshaft and less valves because they "typically" provide more torque and are lighter than a large DOHC setup. This of course, at the cost HP and revs. This is why alot of import guys like to go from a roll and why domestics usually do better from a dig. It has been aruged to death
on this forum if you are interested.
400 HP and 450 HP from the factory should be enough though.
